Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce Had One Important Reason Behind Thanksgiving Decision BY PAOLO SONGCO ATHLON SPORTS UPDATED DECEMBER 02, 2024 2:52 PM According to reports,

multi-Grammy Award-winning recording artist and Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce spent the recent Thanksgiving holiday together. Swift, along with his parents Scott and Andrea Swift, reportedly hosted the entire Kelce clan in their Nashville home. Joining the Chiefs star tight end for the quick trip to Tennessee were his mom, Donna Kelce, and his brother, Jason Kelce, who also brought along his wife, Kylie Kelce, and their three kids, Wyatt, Elliotte and Bennett. In an exclusive report by Page Six, it has now been revealed that Swift and Kelce decided to push through with their Thanksgiving plans this year for one principal reason. “It was really important to Taylor and Travis to spend Thanksgiving together this year since they’ve never been able to before,” Page Six’s insider said.

Last year, the couple were forced apart for the Thanksgiving holiday. Swift was in South America for her “Eras Tour” concert series, while Kelce was busy with his day job with the Chiefs.

That being said, Swift and Kelce put in a tremendous amount of effort to make sure that they would be together — with their families — for Thanksgiving this year. So much so, that Swift reportedly even made a quick roundtrip from Nashville to Kansas City the night before Thanksgiving, presumably to extend her invitation to the Kelce clan in person. It is also important to note that Kelce and the Chiefs were in action on Black Friday. This required the nine-time Pro Bowler to fly back to Kansas City after their Thanksgiving feast, in order for him to be back with his team for their 3 p.m. ET kickoff.

Swift and his dad joined Donna Kelce for the trip back to Kansas City as the trio watched the Chiefs take down the Las Vegas Raiders at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, 19-17, making their Thanksgiving festivities a jam-packed two-day affair.
