Taylor Swift Supports Travis Kelce & Kansas City Chiefs During Super Bowl Ring Ceremony
Taylor Swift wasn’t going to let distance stop her from supporting her guy on the Chiefs.
In fact, when it came time for Travis Kelce and his Kansas City Chiefs to receive their Super Bowl rings on June 11, despite being an ocean away for her Eras Tour stint in the United Kingdom, Taylor made sure to tune into a livestream of the ceremony.
As seen in screenshots shared to X, Taylor joined Chariah Gordon‘s Instagram Live from the ceremony, writing, “JOINING THE PARTY FROM LIVERPOOL LETS GOOOOOOOO.” Chariah—who is married to Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman—also at one point pinned one of Taylor’s comments, which consisted of a series of heart-eye emojis, while a third screenshot showed Taylor writing, “CONGRATULATIONS.”
Just further proof that Taylor and Travis’ alchemy transcends oceans.
But while the beloved couple do share much with their fans, there are also some things they prefer to keep private. Take for example Travis’ response to a reporter’s recent inquiry as to what he and Taylor like to cook during date nights at home. (You might remember that enchanted April clip Taylor shared which showed Travis kissing her cheek while she cooked on the stove.)
“I respect that question,” Travis answered during the June 11 press conference, “but I’m gonna keep that one to myself. Because I thoroughly enjoy cooking with her, so it’s something I’d rather keep personal.”
But the 34-year-old did give a sweet confirmation of his girlfriend’s culinary prowess, adding, “Taylor makes a great Pop-Tart and cinnamon roll.”
And even when the distance does prevent the pair from being together—with Taylor preforming across the world and Travis preparing for another NFL season with the Chiefs—Taylor always makes sure to keep her boy close.
