NFL;Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are planning on taking a ‘break together’going to….

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce reportedly are looking for some respite in the aftermath of the Super Bowl and The Eras Tour.

Super Bowl LIX happened Feb. 9 in New Orleans, Louisiana between the Kansas City Chiefs (Travis’ team) and the Philadelphia Eagles. The Chiefs had a 40 to 22 loss to the Eagles on Sunday’s game. A source told PEOPLE that the couple are planning to “have a break together” following the championship NFL game which “was upsetting for everyone.”

“Their lives have been a whirlwind since they first started dating,” the source continued to the outlet. “Things seem great between them, and they’re incredibly happy together.”

Travis and Taylor sparked romance rumors in September 2023 and confirmed their relationship a month later when they were photographed holding hands. Throughout their relationship, they have been supportive towards the other and their respective craft.

Taylor has regularly attended Travis’ games this past season as she did last season. She was also present at the recent Super Bowl with her brother Austin, dad Scott, and friends Ashley Avignone, Ice Spice, and Este, Danielle, and Alana Haim. The source added the pop singer, “truly loves watching Travis play.”

While Travis was seen coming to a few shows at Taylor’s recently ended Eras Tour. He even made his stage debut at one of her London shows at Wembley Stadium during the I Can Do It With a Broken Heart transition. The Chiefs tight end was dressed in a black top hat, a black tailcoat on top of a white vest and button up with black pants and shoes. Taylor wrapped up her nearly two years tour in December 2024.

Travis’ dad, Ed Kelce, recently spoke about the pair being excited to spend time together when the football season finishes.

“I think we get past the Super Bowl, I think it’s going to be a very good period for the two of them without the NFL season, with the Eras Tour,” he said to Australia’s Today Show prior to the Super Bowl on Feb. 9. “Just them alone, really connecting more. And I think that can only be a good thing.”

Ed also gushed about Taylor to the network and called her “a very smart, young lady” and “just a joy to be around.”
