In the midst of speculation that he and girlfriend Taylor Swift will soon become engaged, Travis Kelce is discussing when he thinks it’s appropriate to take a relationship to the next step, as quoted in a report by Page Six.

The 35-year-old Kansas City Chiefs star on a special bonus episode of his and his brother Jason Kelce’s podcast explains that knowing someone’s life is like knowing someone’s daily activities. He believes that observing someone’s daily routines and relating to them instinctively leads to a sense of connection and regular conversation.

Travis added that it should come naturally to want to get to that next step faster. The Grotesquerie star also acknowledged the importance of family, saying he finds it huge when a partner is introduced to the family, as quoted in a report by Page Six.

Swift, 34, sat next to her beau’s mother, Donna Kelce, at the first Chiefs game she ever went to in September 2023, introducing the two of them to each other’s families early on. Only a few months had passed since Travis and Swift had begun dating in secret when the family outing occurred.

Since then, Scott Swift and Andrea Swift, the parents of the singer of ‘You Belong With Me,’ have also gotten close to the NFL player, even going to the Super Bowl in Las Vegas earlier this year to support him.

Scott, 72, recently expressed his admiration for Travis, his daughter’s boyfriend, during a flight, highlighting Travis’s significant impact compared to her previous partners.

Although Travis and Taylor currently do not cohabit, they spend considerable time together, with Travis often visiting Taylor’s New York City apartment.

Rumours about their potential engagement have surfaced, fueled by comments from NFL figures and a source claiming that a Chiefs executive’s wife hinted at the couple’s possible engagement. However, Travis’s representative has denied any engagement occurring.
