Over the last several weeks, various people on social media began to speculate that Mason had fathered a child, making Kourtney and her ex Scott Disick grandparents.

Now, Kourtney is taking the rumors head-on and speaking out.

“I rarely address rumors or conspiracies regarding myself or my family, but this is about my child and it feels wrong to let anyone think for a second that these lies are remotely true,” Kourtney began her statement.

“They are not,” she said, plainly.

“Mason does not have a child. These accounts that pretend to be him are definitely not. They are FAKE,” she continued.
