Kate Middleton Reportedly Thinks Prince William Is Being ‘Cruel’ in Prince Harry Feud

It feels like so long ago now, but there was a time when Prince William, Kate Middleton, and Prince Harry were a practically inseparable trio — any royal engagement they attended together was sure to be fun. But a lot has changed since then, and now, Harry is living on another continent. Though the saying that “Absence makes the heart grow fonder” doesn’t seem to hold true for the brothers, it sounds like Kate is totally over the whole feud at this point, and thinks how “cruel” her husband is being.

Kate has reportedly been ‘shielded’ from what’s going on between William and Harry.

According to what a royal source told Closer magazine, those around Kate have tried to keep her stress levels low while she’s going through cancer treatment, so she hasn’t been getting the latest updates on what Harry and Meghan are up to. But now, apparently, Kate is getting curious.

“She doesn’t want to be left out of the loop anymore so she’s now reading up on everything that’s been going on in her absence, including what’s been happening with Meghan and Harry and she’s very concerned,” the source said.

It’s hard for her to be estranged from Harry, who she sees as a ‘lost soul.’

“She’s still incredibly fond of him and so saddened that it’s come to this situation where he’s completely excommunicated himself from the whole family and there now seems to be this wall that can’t be broken down,” the insider continued.

They did seem to be quite close for a while — after all, Kate started dating his brother when Harry was still a teenager.

Will and Harry’s ongoing feud is causing problems between Will and Kate.
The insider claims that Kate really wants Will to make things right with his brother, but he’s been “adamant” that he will not budge on this.

“In his view, the best course is to keep quiet, keep away from them and get on with their lives, but Kate is very much opposed to that way of thinking. As far as she’s concerned, life’s too short for grudges,” the source shared. “She’s
pushing William to give peace a chance with his brother and stop this cruel and ugly feud, which isn’t going down well with him at all.”

She feels ‘sensitive’ about Harry being left out.

He was once a “brother figure” to her, and he was the one who went “most out of his way to make her feel welcome in the family.”

“She can’t simply forget all that because of this falling out. Yes, it’s hurtful that things have fallen apart that way but at the same time she doesn’t blame him for taking his wife’s side, because she would expect Williams to do exactly the same thing if the roles were reversed,” the source explained.

The source said Kate is now making it her ‘mission’ to get the brothers back together.

“[Will] tries to avoid the subject, but Kate is not giving up and it’s unlikely that she will, which is good news for Harry,” the source added. “There’s a feeling that if anyone will be able to put this right, it’s Kate.”

Here’s hoping she’s able to make it happen — and soon, because the longer this goes on, the harder it is to imagine that Harry and William’s relationship will be able to be salvaged.
