Just in;Jason Kelce Drops Candid Confession About His Parents
Former Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Kelce made an honest admission about his parents, Ed Kelce and Donna Kelce, during his appearance on “The Steam Room” podcast.
In the latest episode, the 37-year-old opened up about how he and his brother, Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce, were raised and the profound impact their parents had on shaping the men they are today.
According to the ex-Eagles center, he sees his father as his “role model.” As someone who is a man of passion and grit, he credits this attitude to Ed Kelce.
“He instilled so much of a toughness, work ethic and mentality in me and my brother that I’ll always be indebted and grateful to him,” Jason Kelce said.
The same goes for his mother, whom Jason Kelce saluted for being a hardworking woman and an incredible mom to them.

The seven-time Pro Bowler, who described Donna Kelce as a “loving and nurturing person,” shared that his mother not only worked a 9-to-5 job and was the primary breadwinner for the family but also managed to handle all the “mom duties” at home with ease.
Jason Kelce also admitted that he didn’t notice the hardships of his mother because he was with his father most of the time and would bond over sports.
However, when he got older, he commended Donna Kelce for being such a super mom.
“I had no idea how hard you were working, and everything you were doing for our family,” Jason Kelce added.
Donna Kelce and Ed Kelce met in the late ’70s but divorced after 25 years of marriage.
In the documentary “Kelce,” it was revealed that they stayed together for the sake of their sons.
The Chiefs tight end shared that he anticipated the split after realizing his family “was different from other parents.”
“I started making those connections when I was in middle school and I realized that they were probably gonna split,” the NFL star said in the documentary, adding, “But they stayed together for me and Jason’s benefit because I believe.”
