BREAKING:Musk’s 14-word threat to Maxine Waters after she calls for Melania Trump’s deportation…see more
Tech billionaire Elon Musk sent an ominous message to a seasoned Democrat after she was caught on camera suggesting that First Lady Melania Trump should be investigated and possibly deported from the United States.
Representative Maxine Waters, 86, found herself in Musk’s crosshairs after a video of her making threats about Melania over the weekend went viral.
“At some point, the many crimes of Maxine Waters will catch up to her,” Musk said on X, resharing on a post about Waters late Tuesday. Despite Musk’s claims, public records have shown Waters has no criminal record.

Since his election, President Donald Trump has pledged to expel millions of migrants without legal status from the United States as part of his mass deportation program. In retaliation to Trump’s rhetoric and executive orders, anti-Trump citizens have called into question the citizenship status of Melania, Second Lady Usha Vance and his youngest son Barron Trump.
The California Democrat joined a protest in Los Angeles on Saturday, where hundreds rallied against the Trump administration and Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to dismantle parts of the federal government. She addressed the crowd while also instigating speculation over Melania’s citizenship.
“When he [Trump] talks about birthright, and he’s going to undo the fact that the Constitution allows those who are born here, even if the parents are undocumented, they have a right to stay in America. If he wants to start looking so closely to find those who were born here and their parents were undocumented, maybe he ought to first look at Melania,” Waters said at a rally in Los Angeles.
Melania was born in Slovenia in 1970 and moved to New York in 1996 to pursue her modeling career. In 1998, she attended a soiree in New York with Trump, and after seven years, they tied the knot at Mar-a-Lago.
The First Lady initially entered the U.S. on an “Einstein Visa,” also known as an EB-1, which is typically awarded to individuals with extraordinary abilities in their fields.
According to her White House biography, she became a U.S. citizen in 2006, making her the only First Lady to be a naturalized citizen. In 2018, Melania’s parents also secured their green cards, thanks to her sponsorship.
