Couples Who Got Engaged at Taylor Swift Concert During ‘Love Story’ Performance (Exclusive)

One such couple, Carlos Ortega and Brazil-local Brenda Sánchez, shared a significant moment during the Eras Tour on Nov. 26, 2023, after more than three years of dating.
In an interview with PEOPLE, Ortega, 34, reveals that the idea to propose arose when Sánchez, 29, secured tickets for the concert in June 2023. “Knowing that she is a huge Swiftie, and having already discussed marriage, I was certain that proposing to her at the concert would be a memorable moment,” Ortega said.
“I shared my plans with my immediate family — my parents and sister — as well as a few of my closest friends,” he adds.
