JUST IN!!Melania Trump described by Americans in one word after making a dramatic comeback…
First Lady Melania Trump has been reestablishing herself and planning her moves as her husband’s second administration gets underway.
In recent years, Melania kept a low profile, steering clear of the limelight while her husband faced various legal battles and sought reelection. Her absence sparked a flurry of media speculation this summer, with headlines wondering, “Where is Melania?”
In the first weeks of Donald Trump’s second term, Melania fans begged to see and hear from her as she was missing from some public-facing events.
According to the BBC, she’s described as an “enigma” by Americans. “She’s been unique among modern first ladies,” Tammy Vigil, Boston University associate professor of communications and First Lady author, said.
Vigil added: “She does things the way she wants to do them, as opposed to the way she has to do them. But she fulfils the base expectations.”
In addition, to reopening the White House for citizen tours, the former model also began lobbying on Capitol hill for anti-revenge porn bill last week. It was her first solo public appearance since she resumed the role of first lady, calling on the Republican-controlled Congress to prioritize the well-being of young women online.
Kate Andersen Brower, author and First Lady historian, said she believes Melania will show a new side to herself this time around.
“She’s going to be much more confident in the White House and in her role,” Brower said. She added, “It’s going to be Melania 2.0 in the same way it’s Trump 2.0..”
Despite rumors, Melania would be absent from the White House, citizens praise her for doing things her own way
In an interview with FOX News, host Ainsley Earhardt asked Melania what she is looking forward to most about returning to the White House.
“I establish my team. I have a few positions I need to hire; I will not rush into that. I will see when I’m in the White House and what is needed. I don’t want to hire too many people on my team, and spend too much tax-payer money,” Melania responded.
While the first lady seemed excited about her new support system, she likely carefully vetted candidates for roles on her team after her public falling out with former senior advisor Stephanie Winston Wolkoff. Those close to the first lady asserted that everything would be different this time as Melania has ensured she has set herself up for success.
