Speaking at an event for Athletes in Action in Ohio on Saturday, Kansas City Chiefs owner and CEO Clark Hunt said the 14-time Grammy winner has firmly earned her spot in the team’s fan base.
“She is, absolutely,” Hunt said when asked if the “Cruel Summer” hitmaker is “part of the Chiefs Kingdom” according to a TikTok video.

Hunt said Swift’s involvement in the NFL has provided for an “amazing storyline” as her romance with Chiefs tight end and 3-time Super Bowl champ Travis Kelce became the talk of the town.
“First of all, we’re so happy for Travis and Taylor — what a great couple,” he said, admitting that he and his family have been Swifties for “a very long time.”
It’s now nice to have her as big fans [SIC] of the Chiefs,” he added.
Hunt’s comments come just days after Swift stayed up late to tune in to the Kansas City Chiefs’ ring ceremony to watch her boyfriend unbox his third Super Bowl ring.

“She is in Liverpool this week and we had a ring ceremony a couple of nights ago, which she stayed up for, it was about 4am in Liverpool, and she sent a social media communication that used the word, ‘we,’ so she is definitely part of the team’s kingdom,” he said.
Swift, 34, joined an Instagram livestream that Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman’s partner, Chariah Gordon, held during the event.
