Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs ‘brutally, orally raped’ a man working for a rival clothing company in a Macy’s stockroom, a civil lawsuit claims
As more allegations have come to light against Sean “Diddy” Combs, one man has accused the disgraced rapper of “brutally, orally” raping him in a Macy’s stockroom.
Six new civil lawsuits have been filed against the 54-year-old, and after gallons of baby oil and 784 sex toys were confiscated by police from his Miami home, a further two women and four men have come forward with more accusations of abuse.
One of the claims is from a man who was 16 years old at the time, and another from a woman who says she was forced to perform sex acts, after Combs demanded she take cocaine.
A claim in one of the civil lawsuits alleges that, flanked by two armed bodyguards, a man who worked for rival clothing brand Ecko was pistol-whipped and orally raped in a stockroom, while being taunted and threatened by Combs.
Sean “Diddy” Combs denies any of the claims made against him
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs denies any of the claims made against him.
The civil lawsuit claims the man in question was hit around the base of his neck, “possibly with a pistol”, and knocked on all fours, when he noticed the two bodyguards with Combs had guns in their waistbands. As he heard threats on his life, Combs allegedly approached him, forcing his penis into the mouth of the man, and went on to “forcefully, and brutally, orally rape” him, after saying: “Suck my d***, Ecko” – the name of the brand he worked for.
The court filings claim the the attack lasted for “at least two minutes, until ejaculating”. Accoring to court documents, while the assualt was happening, Combs “grabbed” the man’s hair and said things like: “You like that, white boy?”.
When he had finished, Combs allegedly said “shut up or I’ll kill you”, with Combs and the bodyguards “taunting” the man as they left. It’s claimed in the lawsuit he then went out to an “adoring crowd” and began to hand out merch on the retail floor in Macy’s flagship New York store. It’s claimed that the victim tried to report the incident to security but was eventually banned from entering the store.
The six new civil lawsuits were filed on Monday against Combs by attorney Tony Buzbee and include accusations of rape, sexual assault on males, and child molestation. A staggering six anonymous civil lawsuits have been lodged against him in a New York federal court, two by women under the pseudonym Jane Does and four by men identified as John Does.
Among the claimants is a man from North Carolina – one of the John Does – who alleges that aged just 16 he was molested by Combs during one of the star’s famed white parties in the Hamptons, Long Island, back in 1998. Combs’ lawyer, responding to earlier allegations, stated that his client “cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus”.
Combs’ attorney added: “He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation. Mr Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.”
