Meghan Markle fears Prince William and Princess Catherine are encroaching on her turf after the Wales’ made significant strides towards launching their charity foundation in the US, sources have claimed.
The Prince and Princess of Wales recently submitted an official document to the US Patent and Trademark Office to prepare for the launch of their Royal Foundation charity on American soil, The UK’s Mirror reported.
The Wales’ application for a trademark made mention of “healthcare services relating to mental health”, which could potentially overlap with the Sussexes’ own work.

The source said Meghan was “quite shocked” to discover her brother and sister-in-law trademarked their foundation’s brand with authorities in her home country and plan to work there.
“Although they have made a couple of trips to the US, it’s not really part of their territory and now Meghan feels they could be moving in on her turf,” the source told OK! Magazine.
SkyNews.com.au has approached the Sussexes’ team for comment.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have claimed mental health as a key area of work in the US.
Representing The Diana Award at the Concordia Summit in New York this month, Harry spoke about the wellbeing struggles young people face.
The Duke opted to complete the week of high-profile solo engagements coinciding with the UN General Assembly High-Level Week without his American-born wife.

An insider said news of Kate and William’s US move is “another blow” for Meghan “as Harry is making more of a life for himself in America and doing big events without her.”
“And she already knows how popular Kate and William are in the US and with their own Hollywood popularity seemingly dwindling, she doesn’t feel comfortable with them making any trips across the pond right now because they will no doubt be a huge fanfare,” they said.
According to a recent Ipsos poll of Britons aged 18 to 75, 66 per cent of voters favoured Catherine as their preferred royal and William closely followed in second place.
Meghan and Harry landed at the bottom of the tally as the least liked royals.
About 46 per cent of respondents expressed an unfavourable opinion of the Duke and his wife’s disapproval rating plummeted to a drab 53 percent.
