King Charles ‘concerned’ about Prince Harry’s income if Netflix severs ties with Sussexes
King Charles is said to have an increasing “headache” over Prince Harry and Meghan Markle whose financial situation is precarious, according to an expert.
The monarch is said to be concerned that the Sussexes finances may be “drying up” as their “biggest paydays” may now be behind them
Royal expert Robert Jobson said the Duke and Duchess of Sussex won’t be able to milk selling out the Royal Family forever and will need to find new ways to make money.
They also won’t be able to come running to King Charles, who gave them a generous sum before they moved to California, he added.
If cut off, Harry and Meghan will have to continue relying on lucractive TV and brand deals, especially with their Spotify deal brought to an end prematurely in 2023.
The author further believes the couple are “trying to find an income stream that doesn’t involve dishing dirt on the Royal Family” after the public have grown weary of their whinging.
Mr Jobson added: “The ‘Harry problem’, as it’s known among Palace staff, continues to plague the King. ‘What worries His Majesty, and his top team,’ says a Palace official, ‘is what is going to happen when all the money runs out.'”
